Matthoujuje Keivudeščessu, famously known as Matthow Desch, is a fictional character in the Mattselutogueish timeline of the Chillerverse franchise. He was created by Julius Borris during the production development of his debut album, Electronica City.
Matthow was the son of Andersje Keivudeščessu and Cicilogaca Bertosktyvak. Growing up in Asker with an ethnic Juculy family, Matthow was recognized early for his prodigious talent at the piano, nurtured by Veska, his mystical mentor and musical guide. His innate sensitivity and boundless curiosity made him a star in cultural circles, but he was also deeply aware of the empire’s darker undercurrents—its manipulation of magic for control, its suppression of dissent, and its oppressive reach into every corner of society. Despite his talents, Matthow became increasingly vocal in his opposition to Jubba Kenvuski’s regime of Juculoguem-Norway. His music, once peaceful, transformed into a powerful instrument of protest—anthems of rebellion that stirred the oppressed to rise against their rulers.
Matthow displayed an early passion for music, beginning his piano lessons at the age of five. By the time he was 13, in 1973, his creativity flourished; he acquired a tape recorder and began documenting his original compositions, including an invented song he named "Matthōw Dešch." After graduating from Asker Upper Secondary School in 1979, Matthow pursued higher education at the University of Bergen, earning a degree in Music Performance and Composition in 1982.
Between 1985 and 1989, Matthow's life took a dramatic turn, moving beyond the artistic world and into a sphere of global conflict. He became a significant figure who saved the world by defeating Jubba Kenvuski's juggernaut all over Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, Central Europe, the Middle East, and parts of Eurasia, especially Mongolia.
In the early 1990s, Matthow, also known by the pen name Keiv Deschessu, shifted his creative focus to literature. He began writing his first novel, "Hōwjuo diēf Jucula," on June 14, 1994, and it was officially published on August 4, 1996. The book became an international sensation and a source of controversy, recorded in 1997 as one of the most successful novels in the world.
Matthow received high praise for his work on December 21, 1997, when he was awarded both "Best Author in Norway" and the prize for "Best Seller Book: Hōwjuo diēf Jucula."
In 2000, he relocated to the United States, settling in Mentor, Ohio. In the early 2000s, he published three more best-selling books—"Fear Is Powerful To The Brain," "Devil Within Me," and "Caigu & Jucula"—all of which were top sellers in 2001. All of Keivudešcheßu's works centered around the ethnic Juculyies in Juculoguem-Norway, weaving together historical and fictional elements.
Tragically, on March 30, 2007, Matthow became homeless and vanished.
His legacy, however, was kept alive. In 2017, American musician Julius Borris discovered Matthow's early life and music. Borris was so inspired that he wrote a new song also titled "Matthōw Dešch," with an introduction that deliberately echoed the melody Matthow had played back in 1973. Borris remastered the original "Matthōw Dešch" in 2019.
The years of searching finally ended on January 23, 2019, when Matthow was rediscovered. The following year, in 2020, he met Julius, the musician who had helped bring his earliest musical creation back into the public eye.
Matthow spent his final years in the United States, in a city he had once called home. He passed away on January 4, 2023, in Mentor, Ohio.
The pivotal moment came when Matthow, wielding his mastery of mystical music, orchestrated a daring, public confrontation with the empire’s forces. Using his melodies, he rallied the people, inspiring a massive uprising that stormed the imperial stronghold in Oslo.

The Downfall of Jubba: In a climactic duel of magic and spirit, Matthow confronted Jubba Kenvuski himself, using the full force of his music to shatter Jubba’s control and liberate the realm.
His victory was celebrated across the lands, not as a secret coup but as a public revolution—a hero who dared to challenge tyranny openly and inspire others to follow.
